You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase live animals. All sales are final. All insects and animals include an "Arrive Alive Guarantee" live delivery as long as the order was immediately attended to at the delivery time. Deliveries left outdoors for extended periods may result in harm or death to the animal(s). 

Winter Meadow Geckos prides itself on the quality of its animals. In the unlikely event that an animal has complications or dies during shipping, please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund. Please do not discard a dead animal, as we may require that the animal be returned. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your shipment to arrange for a replacement or refund. All returns will be credited upon the healthy return of the animal(s). *Please note that appropriate return shipping and care may be your responsibility.

Canadian orders can be processed via the automated checkout. *US and International export locations are available via Reptile Express International. Please contact us for export details.

You will receive a tracking number with your shipment details, once payment is confirmed, we will arrange the shipment of your order. We will attempt to ship your order ASAP, and will work with you on the best delivery day. Since we are shipping live animals, all orders will be sent via priority overnight with the earliest available arrival. If the delivery cannot be attended to immediately, we prefer that the shipment be held at the carrier's location to ensure the animal's health and safety. Animals will be shipped in a foam box with heat/cold packs added as necessary. *Please note that shipping may be delayed based on weather conditions along the route.

Animal sex is only guaranteed if sex is stated on the website. If the animal is listed as TSM (Temperature Sexed Male) or TSF (Temperature Sexed Female), then the sex is probable, but not guaranteed. 

** If you have any issues/concerns with your animal upon arrival, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
