You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase live animals. 

All live animal and insect sales are final. 

We provide an "Arrive Alive Guarantee" for live deliveries, provided the order is attended to immediately at the scheduled delivery time. Deliveries left outdoors for extended periods may result in harm or death to the animal(s). 

Winter Meadow Geckos prides itself on the quality of its animals. In the unlikely event that an animal experiences complications or dies during shipping, contact us immediately for a replacement or refund. Do not discard a dead animal; we may require it to be returned.

Canadian orders can be processed via the automated checkout. *US and International export locations are available via Reptile Express International. Please get in touch with us for export details.

You will receive a tracking number with shipment details. Once payment is confirmed, we will arrange the shipment of your order. We will ship your order ASAP and will work with you to select the best delivery day. 

Since we are shipping live animals, all orders will be sent via priority overnight with the earliest available arrival. If the delivery cannot be attended to immediately, we prefer that the shipment be held at the carrier's location to ensure the animal's health and safety. Animals will be shipped in a foam box with heat/cold packs added as necessary. *Please note that shipping may be delayed based on weather conditions along the route.

Animal sex is only guaranteed if sex is stated on the website. If the animal is listed as TSM (Temperature Sexed Male) or TSF (Temperature Sexed Female), then the sex is probable, but not guaranteed.

All purchases from Winter Meadow Geckos may be returned within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the returned item is inspected. To initiate a return, please get in touch with us.
